ESAC & Masar
ESAC & Masar Property Management is the strategic joint division of ESAC Group and MASAR Properties, designed
to deliver fully integrated, RICS-certified real estate and facility management services across the UAE. The division
combines technical evaluation, environmental compliance, and sustainable operations into a single offering that
supports the entire property lifecycle—from asset valuation and leasing to maintenance, security, and legal
readiness.
Operating under UAE license CN-4866073, the division is authorized to provide a full suite of services including real
estate inspection, leasing, brokerage, valuation, property management, and technical FM operations. Leveraging
the technical depth of ESAC and the regulatory accreditation of MASAR (including RICS and IVS frameworks), the
division serves investors, developers, municipalities, and asset owners with end-to-end property solutions.
Core Functions
Conducts independent, courtrecognized, and regulator-approved property valuations compliant with RICS, IVS, and local standards
Delivers full-service FM including HVAC, MEP, electrical, fire safety, elevator, and building systems maintenance.
Licensed to conduct real estate leasing, tenant placement, sales negotiation, and property marketing across all Emirates.
Regulatory Support & Legal Documentation: Prepares documentation for courts, municipalities, banks, and investment reviews—aligned with UAE Judiciary and RERA frameworks.
Performs professional inspections, snagging, condition reports, and lifecycle assessments for property transfers or disputes.
Offers assessments for sustainability retrofits, energy audits, and environmental compliance aligned with ESAC’s green protocols.
Provides 24/7 supervision of housekeeping, security, landscaping, waste services, and emergency response integration.
