ESAC Governance
ESAC_Governance is the division responsible for embedding institutional integrity, sustainability governance,
and regulatory compliance frameworks across the Group and its clients. It enables entities to meet the growing
demands of ESG performance, corporate accountability, and responsible environmental governance through
policy design, risk mapping, and alignment with global standards.
The division supports public agencies, regulators, and businesses in developing and institutionalizing
environmental and sustainability governance systems, codes of conduct, corporate disclosures, and
compliance mechanisms in accordance with standards such as ISO 37301 (Compliance Management), ISO
37000 (Governance of Organizations), and the UN Global Compact Ten Principles. ESAC_Governance acts as
both an internal oversight unit and a trusted advisory platform for external stakeholders.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Alignment & Tracking: Assisting organizations in mapping their strategies and operations to relevant SDGs and impact indicators
Designing ethical governance frameworks, internal accountability systems, and stakeholder grievance mechanisms.
Training institutions on sustainable decision-making, ESG integration, and alignment with public and private governance mandates.
Facilitating consultation mechanisms with communities, regulators, and internal departments for inclusive environmental governance.
