ESAC_GreenBuilt is the specialized division within ESAC Group that leads efforts in sustainable building design,
green infrastructure certification, and high-performance built environment solutions. It enables developers,
contractors, public agencies, and urban planners to meet national and international standards in energy efficiency,
indoor environmental quality, building sustainability, and lifecycle carbon performance.
This division delivers expertise across all phases—from sustainable architectural design, materials assessment, and
green rating certification, to building commissioning, post-occupancy audits, and retrofit strategies. ESAC_GreenBuilt
aligns closely with frameworks such as LEED, Estidama, BREEAM, WELL, and ISO 52000, and supports clients in
achieving compliance, market competitiveness, and long-term asset sustainability.
